今年は、CAREhERの2025年公式キャンペーン「AI & She」がいよいよ始動します。AIが私たちの日常生活に急速に浸透している今、それを活用し、公正で透明性のある、そして平等な解決策をビジネスや社会に生み出す方法を話し合うことがますます重要になっています。AIがビジネスの成長、インクルージョン、そして持続的な社会的影響をどのように形作るか、その変革的な役割について一緒に学びませんか?

Margaret Yip

Partner, GoGlobal

Margaret, Partner at GoGlobal, leads the firm’s remote workforce of 300+ employees across 45 countries, overseeing Group Operations.

With a background in investment banking and entrepreneurship, she has successfully built and led highly diverse, cross-functional teams that thrive in a trust-based remote environment. Her empathetic and strategic leadership drives engagement, ensuring alignment across the business and functions.

Margaret believes adaptability and open communication are key to empowering teams and fostering collaboration. Based in Hong Kong, she encourages continuous progress through her people-first approach.

Yuta Hasumi-de Bremme

Director, Office of Equality, Salesforce 

Yuta Hasumi is a market leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the Director of the Office of Equality at Salesforce.  With over 15 years of experience, Yuta has been instrumental in driving cultural transformation through innovative DEI strategies in global organizations.

Before joining Salesforce, Yuta founded Ikigai Authentic Ltd, a pioneering DEI consulting firm in London. There, he guided over 150 companies internationally in integrating DEI principles to achieve their business goals. His expertise includes creating inclusive workplaces, nurturing talent, and enhancing employer branding.

Yuta holds an MBA with honors in Human Resources Management from Waseda Business School and a BA in International Law from Waseda University. His commitment to DEI continues to inspire and shape inclusive practices worldwide.

Risa Shimizu

Director, High Jewelry & Client Relations, Tiffany & Co.

Risa Shimizu is a experienced leader in luxury retail, currently serving as Client Relations Director for Tiffany & Co. in Japan. With over 23 years of experience across luxury and fashion industries, Risa has a proven track record of elevating brand presence and building meaningful client relationships.

Before joining Tiffany & Co., Risa held senior positions at Christian Dior Couture, where she led Retail Marketing and Client Development, designing and executing strategies that enhanced customer engagement. Her expertise was further honed at CHAUMET as Manager of Client & Business Development, and Parfums Christian Dior, where she managed executive-level operations. Earlier in her career, Risa spent over a decade with Louis Vuitton, excelling in client events, sales, and private client relations.

Tiffany Chou

Tiffany Chou, a graduate of National Taiwan University and holder of a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, brings 15 years of expertise in community building, branding, and content development, with DEI consulting for Fortune 500 companies across Japan and Singapore.

As host of CAREhER’s Leading Ladies podcast—featured on Singapore Airlines and EVA Air—Tiffany engages with global leaders on management and entrepreneurship. She contributes to DEI initiatives at leading corporates such as ASML, Ørsted, DBS, and Standard Chartered Bank, while curating and moderating women’s leadership summits.

 

Maiko Furuse 古瀬麻衣子

元テレビ朝日のバラエティプロデューサーで、10年以上の番組制作経験を持つ。2019年からはNYを拠点に在米日本人向けのクラシファイドサイトを運営する会社の代表取締役としてアントレプレナーシップを学ぶ。日本人女性がもっとグローバルに働き、人生の幅を広げることが、日本のDEI推進に一役買うと信じ、現在は日本人女性をエンパワーメントするサービスの輸出入に注力する株式会社GRAND BASE JAPANの代表として奮闘中。

Maiko has over 10 years of experience as a producer at TV Asahi, and since 2019 she has been the president of a NY-based company that operates a classified website for Japanese living in the U.S., where she grew her entrepreneurial spirit. Believing that Japanese women working more globally and broadening their lives will play a role in promoting DEI in Japan, she is currently focused on importing and exporting services that empower Japanese women.
