She helped launch WeWork Japan, managing 500+ accounts and building communities through 300+ events. Now at Shiseido, she leads organizational development, driving culture and performance post-maternity leave.

Fei Yu

CEO of Bondee |Tech Executive |Women Leadership Advocate

Fei Yu is the CEO of Bondee, a Singapore-based next-generation social platform with 18 million downloads in Asia. She has held executive roles at Meta, Google, and Microsoft, including Managing Director, Head of APAC Gaming at Meta, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar annual business.

Fei is leading Bondee to reimagine the possibilities of social connection for a new generation — creating a more natural, spontaneous, and emotionally resonant way for people to connect. She also drives Bondee’s ongoing exploration in AI, leveraging technology to make social interactions more intuitive, meaningful, and engaging.

A dedicated advocate for women in leadership, Fei has spearheaded initiatives such as Women Leadership for Bondee across Asia and #SheMeansBusiness in Hong Kong and Taiwan, empowering women and raising awareness of gender bias.

As a speaker, Fei shares insights on technology, leadership, and diversity, inspiring audiences on innovation, breaking barriers, and fostering inclusion in the digital age.

Sayaka Wada

Food Designer, CEO of BETTEI Co.,

Sayaka is a modern food designer. Completed the De Patisserie de base de L’École Le Cordon Bleu course at Le Cordon Bleu Paris London school. After giving birth, she became interested in dietary education and qualified as an instructor.

Since 2005, she has worked at a total food design company, building relationships with top chefs. She has created new food designs and participated in various projects, such as selecting restaurants for content exclusive to senior customers of a credit card company.

Haruka Shibata

Group Manager, Culture & Experience Group,

People & Culture Division, Shiseido Company

Haruka started her career at SoftBank, where she recruited global talent and served as a strategic partner to the technology team as an HR Business Partner (HRBP). She was also involved in organization development, people engagement and community building with a strong emphasis on women’s empowerment. In 2018, she joined WeWork as a founding member of its Japan branch, managing over 500 accounts and 8,000+ members, while organizing 300+ community events across Tokyo and Osaka. She later became Chief of Staff, driving key strategies in sales and community building.

Since 2021, Haruka has been with Shiseido, focusing on HR transformation through training, performance management, and organizational development. After taking 1.5 years of maternity leave, she returned with a renewed focus on creating an energized, high-performing culture. Haruka is passionate about shaping inclusive workplaces and nurturing people-centric growth.

Now also a wine educator at Caplan Wine Academy, he brings both knowledge and warmth to every glass he pours.
