▋Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event & Membership Specialist to help execute beautiful, seamless events that leave lasting impressions. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and running CAREhER’s signature experiences while supporting client-focused PR events and helping to manage our growing membership base. This is a junior-to-mid-level role, with opportunities for growth within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including CAREhER summits, luncheons, client activations, and exclusive member gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site management.
- Develop detailed event plans and ensure flawless execution on event days.
- Creative Event Design
- Work with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative event concepts.
- Ensure events align with CAREhER’s values and PR objectives, delivering a polished, high-quality experience.
- Community & Membership Engagement
- Support CAREhER’s membership program by assisting with onboarding, member inquiries, and renewals.
- Actively engage with members to gather feedback and incorporate insights into event planning.
- Client-Focused PR Events
- Collaborate with our PR team to execute client events that meet strategic goals.
- Maintain excellent client relationships by ensuring events are delivered to high standards.
- Budget & Reporting
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
- Prepare post-event reports, including metrics, feedback, and improvement suggestions.
- Collaboration & Marketing
- Partner with internal teams to promote events and ensure strong attendance.
- Work with sponsors, vendors, and collaborators to create cohesive experiences.
▋Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, PR, hospitality, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and an eye for aesthetics to design engaging event experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools like Google drive, Canva, WordPress, CyberBiz
▋Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PR or community-building roles is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with the APAC region and women’s leadership initiatives.
- Skills in budget management and vendor negotiations.
