CAREhER is a community learning & development platform for women leaders in APAC.

CAREhER 以 ”Build meaningful connections & grow‘’ 為使命，透過精心策劃的活動以及專題內容，向女性經理人精準地提供職涯或個人發展所需的資源，並以四個主題： Inclusive Leadership, Purposeful Business, Money with Autonomy and Live Beautiful 為基礎，串聯亞太地區新世代商業女性的共學與成長。

We are building the most influential women platform in APAC- with over 600 member and HQ in Taipei, we are expanding our community cross-border to Singapore and Japan.

We also work with the industry leaders to produce and co-host DEI related campaigns and work on impactful initiatives together. If you are passionate about community and creating impact for women, join the team to make a difference.

Opening Positions

Associate Partnership Manager

Job Description

  1. Assist and work with sales team with client meetings (Prepare service deck etc)
  2. Support Business Development – research market players and needs
  3. Manage client database & pipelines
  4. Project manage client account (monitor content team with action items, prepare closing report, others)
  5. Support client events (workshops, summits, luncheon, etc)
  6. Build partnership with clients in Singapore & HongKong

Skills Requirement

  • Experienced in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to network and build relationships.
  • Good written/Verbal communication skills and ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
  • Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, face-paced atmosphere
  • Passionate and willing to learn about DEI/ Sustainability topics
  • Strong understanding of business accumen, brands, and industry trends
