On June 1st, industry creatives, founders, and change-makers came together under Tokyo’s early summer sky for a gathering that blurred the line between networking and experience. Held at The Top rooftop bar at Aoyama Grand Hotel, the event marked a new chapter in CAREhER’s AI & She Series, inviting guests to explore what connection and experience mean in an age of artificial intelligence.
The event opened with a warm welcome from CAREhER Co-founder & CEO Tiffany Chou — one that set the tone for thoughtful conversations, genuine exchanges, and cross-cultural connection. Unlike typical AI panels, this wasn’t about future-gazing for the sake of buzzwords. It was about how we stay human, even as our world gets smarter.
Voices & Views: Designing Experiences with Heart
The conversation began with a powerful keynote by Fei Yu, CEO of Bondee, who shared candid reflections on navigating the tech world as a builder, founder, and mother. Her message resonated deeply: in a landscape full of noise and novelty, the most meaningful products are the ones that stay true to human emotion and connection.
“We’re not chasing trends. We aim to craft experiences that are lasting, real, and deeply resonant.” — Fei Yu
The keynote flowed into a panel discussion featuring Sayaka Wada, an innovative food designer, and Haruka Shibata from Shiseido’s Culture & Experience Group. Together, they unpacked how emotional storytelling, sensory design, and cultural awareness are essential to keeping real connection alive. Especially as AI begins to mediate more and more of our everyday lives.
“Community is a space of give and take — real connections are made when we choose to actively participate,” said Haruka Shibata.
“Valuable experiences come from emotional investment. For me, food is a language of connection,” added Sayaka Wada.
Tastes, Talks & Tokyo Privé
After the discussions, the gathering shifted into an open-air networking lunch, where over 80 guests connected over delicately prepared cuisine and shared a common curiosity: how do we build across industries, cultures, and life stages in the AI era? Guests ranged from tech and media professionals to designers, entrepreneurs, and wellness leaders who believe in the power of community with purpose.
The mid-afternoon brought a sensory highlight of a guided champagne tasting by Perrier-Jouët’s Brand Ambassador, Christopher Chevillard, who took guests on a journey through the maison’s floral heritage and craftsmanship.
With bubbles in hand, the crowd turned toward the next big moment: the launch of CAREhER’s Tokyo Privé membership.
Designed for globally minded professionals based in Japan, the Tokyo Privé membership offers access to curated events, premium perks, and regional community connections. The energy we received was palpable. With over 30% of attendees joining the membership on the spot, it was clear that the appetite for intentional community-building is stronger than ever.
Closing with Connection
As the sun dipped over Tokyo’s skyline, guests lingered with cocktails, captured group photos, and visited curated booths. Beyond the talk of tech or trends, the day offered something more enduring. It is a reminder that while AI may shape the tools we use, it’s human connection that shapes the world we want to live in.
We would like to extend our gratitude to our partners who made this event successful and for co-creating an experience that proves some things AI just can’t replace.
The next AI & She moment is already in motion — we’re brewing something special for the 2025 Summer Summit on the stunning southern coast of Taiwan. Until then, here’s to more connection and collaboration fueled with inspiration.

Bondee is a social innovation platform by Singapore-based tech startup Metadream, reimagining how we connect in an age of algorithm-driven noise and curated perfection. Built for a new generation that values authenticity over performance, Bondee offers a softer, slower space where self-expression isn’t filtered — it’s felt.
Play. Chat. Bond. That’s the heartbeat of Bondee: no likes, no pressure — just spontaneous conversations, genuine moments, and a community that embraces the quirky, the introverted, and the wonderfully offbeat.
Backed by a global team and growing local operations, Bondee is evolving into a borderless social world — one that prioritizes emotional resonance over polished personas.

Perrier-Jouët is a historic Champagne house with a legacy dating back to 1811. They are renowned for their refined craftsmanship and floral elegance. To celebrate our gathering, guests will be welcomed with the Grand Brut — a vibrant, harmonious cuvée that perfectly balances floral freshness and subtle richness. For the tasting experience, we’ll feature the Blason Rosé — an expressive, full-bodied rosé with generous notes of red fruit and a delicate, lingering finish.
Perrier-Jouët’s brand ambassador, Christopher Chevillard, will be leading a special champagne session after our lunch. He has brought deep expertise and passion to the brand, recently earning the WSET Level 4 Diploma along with the Patrick Sandeman Vintners Award in viticulture and winemaking. Now also a wine educator at Caplan Wine Academy, he brings both knowledge and warmth to every glass he pours.
