December Salon Talk : 傳產轉型思維與實例

【Salon Talk】CAREhER 社群中有許多傳產接班人，我們在之前的閒聊中，聽到了很多想要帶領改變的聲音，但也同樣聽到很多人分享自己在推動的過程中所面對的挑戰，例如怎麼取得長輩的信任，或者怎麼將新的方法或文化導入已經幾十年沒有巨大改變的企業，因此，我們希望可以透過這次的 salon talk 讓大家齊聚一堂，並邀請 CAREhER 的共同創辦人兼資深傳產大叔來開啟傳統產業轉型的討論，他會將自己在紡織產業推動轉型的經驗帶上桌，歡迎每一位對這個主題有興趣的朋友們一起來分享或提問。
