This September, CAREhER returns to Kaohsiung for our 4th annual Summer Summit (see last year) — a two-day leadership retreat by the harbor where strategy meets soul, and resilience becomes a shared language.

Starting Day one with insightful discussions, reset workshop and a dinner!

Her Energy: Renew & Rise is our boldest summit yet, curated for women leaders navigating the demands of high-performance industries. With voices from ASE, Bechtel, TSMC, ASML, Ørsted, and across APAC, we gather to explore what it takes to sustain both personal and planetary energy in an age of rapid transformation.

Through two high-impact panels, a curated networking dinner, and three interactive workshops, we’ll examine how leadership today demands more than execution — it requires emotional clarity, cultural awareness, and intentional rest.

Powering Our Planet: Energy for a Sustainable Future

A conversation on how innovations in infrastructure, AI, and green manufacturing are driving energy efficiency, advancing ESG goals, and inspiring the next generation of sustainability leaders.

Powering Her: Sustaining Women’s Energy to Lead

What does it mean to protect your energy in high-stress, male-dominated environments? From boundary-setting to cultural expectations, we dive into the realities Asian women face and the tools they’re building to lead with courage and care.

After the panel, you get to choose your form of reset through interactive workshops:

  • Sip Me Baby One More Time — Sensory-based healthy drink kefir experience

  • Shell We Create — Ocean-Inspired plate making with sustainable material Jesmonite

  • Rest in Motion — slow down with a curated art walk at ALIEN Art Centre

Easing into Day 2 with some cruise and connect. A co-hosted cruise ride with curated wine tasting and mentorship conversations — because rest is strategic, and connection is power. Test out our curated non-alcoholic beverages, a cruise among the harbor and so much more.

Can’t handle the waves? Then choose to sip tea in Tainan and  immerse yourself in Taiwan’s tea culture with HuTu. Each sip of Taiwanese high mountain tea tells a story of mountain mists and sun-drenched leaves. Paired with a signature seasonal parfait layered with summer’s finest fruits.

Come rise with us — and bring your energy.

Mai, a plant-based chef and flavor wizard, brings over 15 years of culinary innovation and food justice advocacy. Celine, a former FMCG CMO with a sixth sense for brand-building and community, believes wellness shouldn’t be complicated or guilt-ridden.

Together, they’re rewriting the rules of self-care — one bubbly, probiotic sip at a time. At CAREhER’s Summer Summit, they’ll share their journey of building Güt, lessons in resilience, and how to create impact (and good vibes) from the inside out.

Matilda Cheng |Founder, &Otherday | Scent Artist

After nearly a decade as a luxury buyer, Matilda returned to her hometown Kaohsiung to pursue a more intentional, sensory-driven lifestyle. This journey led her to create &Otherday, a brand rooted in the beauty of daily rituals and mindful moments.

Signature Networking Dinner

Networking Dinner

Imagine this: a long candlelit table stretching through an industrial art museum, flickering lights dancing above like something out of a Hogwarts banquet — but instead of wizards, it’s 100 brilliant women from across APAC. Over glasses of thoughtfully paired wine and the rich flavors of Kaohsiung’s coastal cuisine, we connect, reflect, and celebrate.

This isn’t just dinner — it’s a feast for the senses and the spirit. A night where strategy meets storytelling, and where each conversation glows as brightly as the art that surrounds us.

🌿 Tea Tasting with HUTU – A Refuge for the Soul

Limited to 12 pax

Opened just a month before the pandemic lockdown, HUTU should have been lost to history—yet Yangyang’s resilience and refusal to give up transformed it into a lasting haven. Today, it quietly thrives in a tucked-away alley, known as much for its spirit as for its tea.

HUTU has become a refuge for weary souls, surrounded by antique wood and windows that open to trees that are indigenous to Taiwan. Here, tea is more than a drink—it is ritual, healing, and beauty intertwined. As you sip hand-selected brews, Yangyang will share her story of creating this soulful space where resilience and romance steep together, offering both peace and inspiration.
