In celebration of the power of inclusivity, CAREhER, in partnership with Standard Chartered Bank, held its fifth annual International Women’s Day Summit on March 3. This event brought together industry and government leaders to explore the theme “Invest in Progress: Women Accelerating Change.”

《工作場域未來式：永續及共享意識抬頭 》第G篇 放眼未來的共融治理 – 政企合作為下一個趨勢佈局
在國家電影及視聽文化中心舉辦的ESG永續系列講座，最後一場順利落幕，然而，對於可持續性的永續經營，卻是企業們一輩子的課題。在全球ESG趨勢的推動下，政企合作成為了實現企業永續發展的重要一環。無論是大型企業還是中小型企業，都面臨著因應在地法規、落地企業治理、建立有意義的合作夥伴關係等挑戰。本次講座邀請到了美商奇異政府暨公共事務總監王珮馨 Gwenyth、海尼根台灣公共事務總監郭琬蘋 Rebecca、WeMo Scooter創辦人暨副董事長吳昕霈 Jeffrey，他們分享了與台灣政府單位合作的經驗，以及合作帶來的許多完整且正面的影響。

隨著新一年的到來，轉職成為話題焦點，我們再次齊聚於國家電影及視聽文化中心，舉辦了第二場《工作場域未來式：永續及共享意識抬頭》系列講座。這次我們有幸邀請到國立臺北科技大學經營管理系兼任教授 陳國樑、Louisa 創辦人 黃銘賢、以及 IKEA 北亞區銷售部副總監蘇彥羽 Celine Su 三位獨具見解的講者，探討在當今人才越來越難招募的情況下，管理者如何針對企業文化朔造和人才留任的重視，為新一代年輕人打造歸屬感，同時，他們將以更「接地氣」的方式，帶領大家深入探討新一世代人才的心聲。
