Born in Singapore, Yee Ling attended LSE & has an MBA from Chicago Booth.

She started her career in the finance industry but moved on after a couple of years to join the F&B industry where she developed her strong sense of business acumen, and her great taste in food and writing.

Our Business Director and Advisor Mikey – a veteran in performance textiles, who has worked with outdoor sporting brands to develop and supply sustainable materials for the past decade. Thrills the zero to one and team building process, he is also currently a BD consultant for 2 public companies in Taiwan.

Mikey is a U of Michigan and NTU Alum. A software engineer by education, and a BD guru wannabe in real life.

Other than running his textile consultancy and outdoor sporting brand @gearlaboutdoors Mikey is also the Co-Founder of CareHim, a safe harbor for the better halves of CAREhER members.

Charlene is dedicated, detail-oriented, and thrives on engaging with people.

With a Business Administration degree and overseas experience in South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore, she excels in customer service, communications, and building client relationships.

Beyond the professional realm, Charlene is a badminton enthusiast. “Being on the court is akin to being in the workplace,” a sentiment that mirrors her approach to life —driven, meticulous, and consistently open to fresh challenges.

Jade is an adaptable individual who thrives in collaborative environments.

With a background in project management and marketing, she brings a unique blend of skills to the table. Her passion for digital art and design complements her expertise in project management and marketing, allowing her to approach projects with a creative and strategic mindset.

Jade holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, and a Master’s degree in Business from Monash University. Her academic background equips her with a strong foundation in both the creative and business aspects of her field.

Vicky is passionate in helping women to enlighten their true selves and live the way women desire through mindfulness & yoga practices and live as who they really are with a meaningful purpose.

Vicky has successfully hosted over 20 yoga workshops over Taiwan since 2018 with more than 500 students.
Vicky was invited to Tokyo and New York for yoga workshops in 2019, and will continuously to empower more working women through her practices and knowledge sharing.

Mavis Ho, General Manager of Imec Greater China and Southeast Asia,
joined imec in 2015, a world-leading research and innovation hub innanoelectronics, energy and digital technologies. She overseas Business development, government relations and business operation in the Greater China and Souteast Asia region.

Prior to joining imec, Mavis served as Vice President with SEMI Taiwan and ManagingDirector at SEMI Singapore. She started her career in USA after obtaining her degree from  Georgia State University and enjoyed her 14 years of diverse professional experiences in Atlanta and the Bay Area beforereturning to Asia.

During her 25+ years in semiconductor field, she has led various technical committees, built government relationship and ran the largest and most well-attended Semiconductor trade shows/events and in USA, Taiwan, China and Singapore.

Mavis also serves as member of ECCT Technology Committee, Taoyun City Technology Council, SEMI Technologies committees includes founding and steer-heading Woman-in-Tech committee since its inception.

Outside of her professional capacity, Mavis is passionate in supporting Sustainability activities and serves as a board member for Green Peace East Asia as well as a Sr. Advisor at CAREhER, a learning and socialplatform for female leaders.Mavis is enthusiastic for cycling, tennis, running. She is currentlytraining for triathlon race and has completed her first duathlon racein 2021 and SunMoon Lake Swim Race in 2022 and KOM 2022.
