Mentor Her is CAREhER's mentorship experience — connecting members with senior women leaders across industries in intimate, small-group settings. No lengthy commitments, no formal programs. Just one mentor, five to six members, and an honest conversation over drinks.
Simple by design.
Members apply each cycle sharing what they're working on and what kind of guidance would help most. Mentors submit their availability and areas of expertise.
CAREhER curates a group of 5–6 mentees per mentor based on goals, industry, and fit. One mentor, one evening, one focused conversation.
Happy Hour with Her Circle — 90 minutes over drinks in Tokyo. Informal, intimate, and real. One cycle runs 4 months, with a new mentor each cycle.
